Equally at home in an excel sheet of emotional analytics data and a creative ideation session, Ben spends his days looking for new and exciting ways to help brands create and influence culture. Focusing on the psychological impact of Drum’s content and the environments in which it is consumed. In short, he sits somewhere between creative, strategist and technologist. Over the last decade and a bit, he’s covered everything from paid search to PR, video production to emotional analytics and global content strategies to micro influencers.
While not an engineer by any stretch, Ben is always exploring new technology. He built his own voice assistant from a Raspberry Pi and always has at least one coding project on the go to get a hands-on experience of technology.
He’s previously worked in Zenith Optimedia’s global content division, run Weber Shandwick’s Australian digital offering as well as setting up CMG’s Australian digital production studio.
